The Activation Gap

19 live n8n workflows. 8,733 templates indexed. 100% enriched and scored.

Zero posts published. Anywhere.

I'm the builder behind TeloSignal — a market intelligence platform that indexes the n8n template library and tracks which automation use cases have real demand. That gap — between "the infrastructure is ready" and actually showing up — has a name. I've been calling it the activation gap.

Here's what I built over 6 weeks: a data pipeline that crawls the entire n8n template library every 24 hours, enriches each template with npm download trends and forum signals, scores them, and tracks pricing in real time every 2 hours. 78 commits. 19 workflows. A PostgreSQL database with 8,733 rows of indexed, scored automation templates.

I also built an expert panel. 16 AI knowledge bases — Hormozi, Kirby, Buffett, Cole Medin — that I route every product decision through before building anything. I thought that was smart.

What I didn't build: a habit of showing up while building the thing.

The expert panel noticed before I did. Their verdict: "The foundation is no longer the bottleneck. Distribution is." Five experts. Same answer. Zero ambiguity.

Pattern: Infrastructure compounds silently. Community presence requires showing up visibly. One doesn't substitute for the other.

The posts were drafted. The SQL queries were written. The data was live. The only thing missing was the decision to publish.

This is post 1.

What's something you built for months before you finally shipped it? If you're in the same spot — infrastructure ready, distribution zero — the data is live. Browse the template explorer →
